This machine features numerous innovations both in terms of technology and design. We have dedicated ourselves to the further improvement of the cylinder changing, heating, spreading and felt sleeve centering systems.

Features

1. The cylinder changing system has been made quicker thanks to a specifically designed device which allows the operator cylinder to be changed with greater speed.

2. A new diathermic oil heating and pre-heating system has been designed, featuring its own heating unit to provine rapid and uniform cylinder temperature.

3. The specially positioned spreading device allows the leather, which touched both the cylinder and the felt, to be spread perfectly without creases.

4. We have also improved the automatic felt tracking device thanks to a purpose-built sliding cylinder which provides the felt with a stable and correct position in order to avoid constant manual intervention

5. A system of compensators on the hydraulic circuit provides uniform pressure on the surface of the leather even where the thickness differs.
