Functions:
To get rid of the shortcoming of rough pore in the second-layer leather and bad feeling, an assembly line of wet film-moving leather has been developed, which can cover wet PU thick liquid on the surface of the leather and solidify it through special processing of spraying and foaming, producing wet second-layer leather with flat surface and even quality.

1. The coating material, even and precise, thinness and thickness adjustable, can form smooth surface after atomization and solidification.
2. Operated by four persons and daily output can reach more than 20000 square feet.
3. Conveyer belt, introduced from Italy, resistant against strong dissolvent, conforming of adhesives. Has a long life.
4. The length of assembly line is available between 20-100M according to customers different requirements.
5. The clearance between leather-delivering rollers is 0.01mm, shown by electronic finer.
6. Transmitting coat of the main machine is done by infinitely variable speeds through frequency converter.
